Registration Procedure

In order to register, please send a message to the e-mail address (click to open a new message) of the Workshop's partner – The Congress and Tourism Holding Company “Visit Ural-Siberia”. In your message, please fill in the Registration Form given below. Within two working days, you will receive a reply with the instructions on payment of the registration fee.

Registration Fee

• Early registration fee (paid till September 17, 2018): €200  (14 000 RUB)
• Late registration fee (paid after September 17, 2018): €300  (21 000 RUB)
• Student registration fee: €100  (7 000 RUB) *

* A copy of a document attesting student's status is requested for student registration.

According to the local laws, the participants will be billed in rubles. We have fixed the integer sums in thousands rubles whose equivalents do not exceed the nominal sums in Euro. These ruble sums are subject to correction in case of significant deviation of the currency exchange rate. If you pay with a bank card denominated in a different currency, the sum in rubles will be automatically converted, some conversion fees may be applied by your card issuer.

The registration fee covers

• Workshop materials (workshop bag, badge, USB flash drive with Book of Abstracts, program etc.)
• Electronic proceedings publication
• Certificate of participation, Payment receipt
• Coffee breaks
• Workshop Dinner (except student registration)
• Social events

Full registration fee includes possibility to upload up to 2 final papers. The registrant should be among the authors of the papers. Student registration includes possibility to upload up to 1 final paper. The registrant should be among the authors of the paper.

Insurance

The organizers of the Workshop do not provide insurance and do not take responsibility for any loss, accident, damage or illness that might occur during the Workshop or in the course of travel to or from the meeting site. Participants, therefore, are strongly recommended to arrange their own personal insurance.

Any comments:

The organizers provide visa support to foreign participants upon their request. As a rule, foreign visitors may apply for either Humanitarian Visa or Tourist Visa to be issued by a Consulate/Embassy of Russian Federation. Requirements to applications as well as additional service fees may vary at different locations.

For example, in many European countries, the peculiarities of the two types of visa may be as follows.

Humanitarian Visa. The Visa Invitation will be sent to you by the Krasovskii Institute of Mathematics and Mechanics via regular mail, you will have to wait for it and to hand it to the Russian Consulate in person. You may be exempted from the Visa Fee as entering Russia for scientific purposes.

Tourist Visa. The Invitation will be sent to you electronically by an authorized tourist company and you may apply for the visa online. You will have to pay the Visa Fee (about 35 Euro) to the Consulate.

For specific conditions, please consult the Russian Consulate/Embassy at your area and the inviting party in Russia. Please take care of your visa in advance!
